Scanbuy is a resource to help you implement new marketing efforts driven by QR Codes and other mobile barcode formats. It’s ScanLife system can give you a code management platform linked to both universal mobile barcode apps and reporting systems to track codes.
New programs for QR codes include putting them on packages, neck hangers and collateral materials. Consumers can then scan those codes and link to a wide variety of information that can help prompt a sale. Links can also add value to the experience of a consumer who is already familiar with a brand.
With a QR code on a package, a consumer can go to a website, initiate a call, send a pre-filled email and do other tasks on smart phones. While QR codes may emerge as a frequently used form in packaging, Scanbuy also handles Datamatrix or EZcode in addition to standard UPC codes already used on packaging.
With the ScanLife analytics systems, you can view a range of data from what was scanned, time/date, location and even representative demographics. This can all be used to make your messaging more efficient.
